Christmas! :D

It is FREEEEEZING here in Denmark. It was -21 degrees the other day :S now its 'only' around -5 degrees and down to -10/15 at night..

The hair is still beautiful. I put in a few more strands so now i have 100 strands in. Id say anything less than 100 is too thin for a hair extension, depending on your hair type really.. It smells so nice with the shampoo, conditioner and the two sprays.

Christmas eve was nice :) We celebrates at my grandmothers house with a big dinner. My dad and two sisters were there, as well as my aunt and her boyfriend and of course my grandparents. We had typical dinner with pork, duck and potatoes accompanied by brown sauce xD Typical christmas dinner. We had 'Risengroed' (a pourage made from rice) as well as 'Ris a la mande' or however its spelled :) Then we dances around the tree, and finially opened our gifts :D I got two perfumes, diesels 'fuel for life' i think its called, and calvin klein's .. urgh forgot the name.. I also got money, some clothes and underwear, some jewellery and printer colour which i needed soooo bad! Well think that was pretty much it :) Ah, i also got a gift card to H&M worth 250dk kr :)

I got my extensions yesterday and im so happy!!! It looks amazing! The hair feels really soft..

I got my package yesterday and asked them to place it in the backyard since i wasnt home, which wasnt a problem and they placed it exactly where i asked which was great :) I got free christmas gifts because i ordered now + i got 15% discount also :D I odered a pack of 100 nail hair extensions in colour #4 and another 3 packs on 20 in the colour #2 so in effect i had a total of 160 pieces of hair. I also odered some clips and protection pads, as well as some hair care products (their shampoo, conditioner, miracle- and shine spray)

I put the extensions in myself last night and it took about hmm 2 and a half hour or so.. I would not recomend doing it on yourself the first time since the back pieces are very hard to get right.. I did it myself and i think i did fairly well, however i wouldnt recommend it.. Definitely best to get a friend to help also with the cut after, and while youre at it you might as well do your friends hair also ;)  i put in about 90 pieces of hair, maybe even a hundred and i would say you can easily put in more than a hundred, i just made the mistake of taking hair pieces that were too big in the back.

This morning i cut it, to blend with my hairstyle and im am sooooo please with my results. I would definetly recomend Rapunzel hair extensions for anyone who wants long beautiful hair and doesnt want to go to a saloon or someone who just doesnt have the money. I am so in love with my new hair <3 i will post some pictures so you can sorta see the difference :D I will make a post later about how to take care of your new hair, and maybe some tips if youre doing your extensions yourself :)

As you can see my hair was quite short, cause i had to cut a good 10 cm off because i f*cked my hair up, cause i tried to bleach it with cream bleach instead of poweder bleach.. NEVER do that girls if your hair is dark.

I odered my extensions to be 70cm but i could with no problem have bough 60 due to all that i cut off, so guys dont buy the 70cm one unless you are 100% sure you want hair down till a bit over your bum.. I just thought it looked waaaaaay too unnatural also because i had short hair.. I would recomment buying half in 70cm and the other half in 60cm or maybe even 50cm depending on your own hairlength to make it blend better :)

Sushiii..

Unfortunatly the packet i odered from Rapunzel today cause UPS couldnt deliver it due to 'unfavourable weather condition" :( So that sucked, but it should be here tomorrow. Tomorrow i wont be home for most of the day though -_- so that sucks -_- And just like Yesterday, today was very uneventful.. Except for the evening..

We (My stepmom Inge-lise, My oldest sister Caroline 13, My smallest sister Mathilde 8, and I) went to a Sushi restaurant in Greve, called 'Flying Chopsticks' or something like that. The weather was AWFUL! The roads are pretty much giant icerinks; its so cold that the snow plows which are meant to clean the road, cant get down to the asphalt to sprinkle salt, and even if they could its too cold for it to work. When we were driving the temperature dropped to -21C !!! I have never in my life experienced weather that cold! Its CRAZY! But finally after a good hours driving (Which normally would have taken no more than 30mins) we reached the restaurant. It was a nice little place, which opposite to it had a pizzaria and a sunbed tanning studio.. The sushi and a few chinese dishes travelled the room on a conveyer belt, and you just took whatever you wanted, and ate as much as you could. Of course it was possible to order something from a set menu but we all chose the buffet :) Here are some pictures, and im sure my older sister would kill me if she saw the one i posted of her, but i wont tell her ;) So cross my fingers that she wont see either ;)

Boring

Ok, so today was pretty uneventful and boring -_- Lots of snow, very cold, lovely fire going. Oh yea i burned myself, trying to open the fireplace, trying to open the door -_- So now the bottom of my index finger and middle finger is burned -_- not badly but still it buuuuuuurns...

The guy to clean the fireplace came and it took all about 5 minutes for him to clean it, so that was quite boring also.. I watched 300.. Thats how much fun i have -_- haha..

Any one got any ideas of what to do when home alone for so long? Anything i can actually do? So getting high and getting drunk are ruled out guys ;) Baking maybe? But what to bake? and do we have everything....? Hmmm.. Ideas?:)

Waiting, Waiting waiting..

So i ordered my extensions from Rapunzel yesterday, in the morning and i am SO excited for them to come, i just checked the mail box but they're not there yet, which i guess would be quite amazing if they were, seeing as they have to get from Sweden to Denmark and the place is filled with snow xD

So since i came to denmark i had to have a 'Honning hjerte' which is a kind of pastry i guess, and its aaamaaaazing. They only sell it for Christmas, so eat eat eat eat ;)

Since i live in Dubai im not real good on the fashion of winter, so im attempting to convert my Dubai clothes into winter clothes, and thats is a challenge ;) I think im doing fairly good though. The only thing i have a little trouble with is the shoes xD

I was walking my dog, Smiley, today and i have the most horrible shoes for walking somewhere slippery xD They have no grips in the bottom (striations or whatever they are called) so im slipping everywhere, and with an excited dog that made for an interesting walk xD Luckily i met no one which im very thankful for.

Now im just gonna curl up with a good book (Luftkastellet der blev spraengt - 3rd book in the triology of the girl with the dragon tattoo) and maybe make some tea, while waiting for the chimney cleaner person comes along :) And maybe i'll get my extensions today :D Though probably not; either tomorrow or the day after is my guess :)

My name is Kristine and im 18 years old. I live in Dubai but i am from Denmark and have livede there till i was 13, then i moved to Dubai. I am currently studying IB in Dubai International Academy.

I just odered my extensions from http://www.rapunzelofsweden.dk/ and i am SO excited to get them!! I ordered one big pack of hundred strands in the colour #4 and 3 packs of #2 colour. I ordered 70cm long hair, and i am SOOOO Excited to get it done :D I will either put it on myself or ask my cousin Henriette to help me. It should be here in 2-3 days.
